Given that the ambiguities between RSS being "lightweight news", "site
summaries" and "content stuffed feeds from hell" it's no surprise to see
gargantuan feeds. All are the result of 'local interpretations' of the specs.
An adventure not aided by the documentation.
The 340k one appears to be a site summary. A nice one too.

The 301k RSS-2.0 behemoth is being driven out of a Radio Userland site:
http://www.syndic8.com/feedinfo.php?FeedID=8916
Not to mention it's got <script> code embedded in it! Perhaps Radio should be
taking greater pains to not produce such problematic feeds? It's certainly a
suggestion I've raised before.
The largest 0.92 feed weighs in a 193k and is from Ben's MT comments:

Perhaps he could slim it down a bit.
The largest 0.91 feed is 200k. I can't read Icelandic so I've no idea what it's
about.

And since it's lacking a language tag it's now marked as 'awaiting repair'.
The Validator raises an interesting question about the <nagportal> element.

One of those pseudo-version feeds is Dave's own:

Perhaps it'd be good to have your copy of Radio republish all of it's RSS, eh
Dave?
Beyond just feed size there's item size. There's pretty wide range of headlines
per day discoveries too.
