Do you have an example feed that I can look at? This is a bug, not a feature! I
recently added "overwrite" support for the RSS Version field, so that the
Syndic8 poller will now properly detect and adapt to a change in a feed's
RSS version. This went into effect a day or two ago and the newest stats
can be seen on new "RSS" tab of the Syndic8 stats page:

Also on that page (at the bottom) are some statistics on the average size
of feeds in each known RSS version, along with a pointer to the most
corpulent feed of each kind (kind of a "big and tall" shop for feeds :-). We
have some monstrous feeds; the largest feed is over 340KB.
