Hi Jeff. Sorry for the vague bug report. Here are the details.
1. Look at the chart on this page:
http://www.syndic8.com/stats.php?Section=rss
2.In the first chart, "Distribution of RSS Versions" where the counts
are broken down by RSS version note that 0.90 is not present, and the
count for 1.0 is 1587. I'm sure there are still quite a few 0.90's
out there and assume that Syndic8 is having trouble telling the diff
betw 0.90 and 1.0.
