The specs for Moreover's custom search feeds is at:

Your URLs don't follw their spec, but they work anyways.  I bet you 
simply looked at the URL of a search you did and didn't find their 
spec :-)  The layout of Moreover.com's site is not intuitive to me; 
so I don't blame you for not find that spec page.
Note that "%20" MUST be used in place of "+" in the keywords, 
but "+"'s are okay in the category "c" parameter.
