Both JetSpeed and hence IBM's WebSphere consume OCS.

When I was involved with xmlTree we got about 1-5 requests a week for
access to the OCS feed. A lot of those were from people within
companies looking for feeds for their intranets. In fact the only
reason we asked people to email us for an affiliate identifier to
access the feeds was to discover what types of applications were being
built with RSS and OCS.
