This looks great, also compared to the earlier versions, I especially like 
the standard formats and schedules.

One thing I'm not sure I like though, is the content of the schema element, I 
think only URIs should be allowed, not public identifiers, maybe they should 
have their own element?

The use of rdf:Bag and rdf:Alt will surely be discussed (as I see it they are 
not strictly needed), but as long as no better alternatives have been 
presented, I think they'll do just fine.

I hope this format gains ground, and is widely accepted as a format for 
blogrolls as well.

WRT the Alias module, I see no mention of the alias element in the example?
