Desktop Syndicator

Any advice please.

I have downloaded some software from www.asynchrony.com 
called 'Desktop Syndicator' to see if it will make life easier for 
creating the javascript files I need to create on a regular basis 
and, although I like it, was wondering if anyone knows of anything 
similar or comparative ?

ps: You have to join Asynchrony to download the software, which is a 
pain, but works out nicely because you get shares in any of the 
software you test and offer advice on.
