Dave, my guess is that they don't care how you use it -- the language is
probably there so they can stop a competitor from using their resources to
route around them. Imagine a service that read all their feeds, stripped any
advertising or redirection, and presented it as their own. All their
investment in scraping software and running the servers 24-by-7 would just
serve to enable a competitor. On the other hand, if you're a license purist
as many are, you might want to check it out with the Moreover people. Dave
