RE: [syndication] Moreover Terms and Conditions for free use

I personally would also like to know how this applies to government use. I
see nothing in their ToS that even mentions the word "government" so I'm
curious where we fall. Our specific case is that we are a developer
organization that manages (designs, outsources for development, maintains)
some 120 Air Force logistics programs. I had an aggregator built based on
their feeds to provide current, relevant news to our particular "industry"
(e.g. defense, software development, security, etc). This was not for a
"competitive edge" but rather to stay abreast of both current events (part
of our career advancement requirements as well as just a "good thing") and
also to explore emerging technology and see if it can benefit our work.

By our very nature we are non-profit, and anything the government creates
for public use is automatically in the public domain.

If you ask them for more information, please ask for clarification on
government use. I believe we fall in the non-profit category personally.

If not, we will probably switch to NewsIsFree feeds instead. I like their
service more and more every day. Way to go guys. :)
