Seriously though, folks. There's been a few suggestions lately for an
alternative to OCS. Now I'm not going to be drawn into whether this is
good or bad. But ISTM that a standard for lists of feeds should only
contain information that identifies the feed or that cannot be derived
from the feeds that it points at.

It should not contain anything that can be discovered by retrieving the
feeds themselves because the best source of that data is the originator
of each feed.

So we would have:-

feedlist
- feedlist information eg source, docs, contact info
- feed(s)
  - url of the feed
  - This feedlist's view of the category it should belong to

And that's it. If a reader of this data wants more information about the
feed it should go to feed.url and get it.
