0.92 divergence from 0.91

My point was not to argue the merits or otherwise of 0.92 or Userland's
implementation of it in the Radio Userland generated blogs. We've been
over that and you've made your POV clear. There's obviously an issue
about whether the source should change to support the syndication format
or vice versa, but I don't want to go into that.
The point was only that 0.92 has moved on from 0.91 and the most active
implementation of it has moved it enough to cause problems for 0.91
readers.
