Hey, I suggest we start trying on names ... if we can get some that are
catchy, then maybe this wrangling will stop .. and people will walk away
happy .. each with a new name ..... let me see if I can get some juices
flowing ....

For the RSS 1.0 branch:

    SEB  SEmantic Broadcast
    ST    Semantic Transmission

For the RSS .92 branch:

    SCM   Simple circulating message
    SSF     Simple Syndication Format

Now I'm not proud of any of those, but If we start thinking of the names and
not the pain .. we may get what we all want !!
