Meerkat Update: Dublin Core, XML-RPC, and SOAP

Howdy,

As some of you may already have noticed, Meerkat[0] has been updated and now
sports Dublin Core Metadata elements[1] extracted from RSS 1.0[2] feeds to
which it subscribes. This additional metadata is made available both in
Meerkat's default user interface and in outgoing RSS 1.0 and other feeds.

Meerkat's URL-line API[3] has been updated as appropriate, documenting new
flavours and arguments/settings.

Meerkat's XML-RPC interface[4], too, supports this new functionality. To
see it in action, give the test suite[5] a whirl.

A new SOAP interface--a direct port of the XML-RPC interface--is in the
works and will be made available shortly.

Enjoy!
