I would think coming up with branch names is best left to each group,
according to their procedures, after we have agreement in principle.
I expect it would look something like this in a table of contents:

 1. Introduction to RSS
 2. RSS-Foo, blah blah something that describes Foo
 3. RSS-Bar, blah blah something that describes Bar

I would expect the first one listed to be the simpler one and the
latter to be the more complex one.
