No. Although I wasn't able to view any NewsML docs because I couldn't get a
copy of the DTD from their server (connection timed out).

In comparison to existing formats. In comparison to RSS 0.9 and 0.91.

But ultimately I think that Aaron is correct when he pointed out that these
formats still exist and I think people will continue to use them.
