Ok folks, let's support feed compression

Hello World,

Syndic8 now collects and reports on the use of gzip compression
by feed suppliers. I have posted lots of info here:

The executive summary is that the potential savings from 
compression are very high, and that very few feeds 
support it right now.

We need to get suppliers and consumers to do more in
this area!
