You have to apply and get approved by someone from their staff, which
takes about a day.
I applied and they gave me access, and my site is not big (yet :-)).
Unfortunately, the feeds have no <description>'s, these are for paying
customers only.
Technically speaking, Pravda are the best - fully customizeable feeds,
incl. access to the full text of the article. But, unfortunately, from
a journalistic and news point of view they are far, far behind
newspapers like "The Age".
You can't have both, obviously (with the exception of The Scotsman).
