Which I'll remind folks is a feature Syndic8 has been offering for nearly two
years.

In not only OPML but in OCS and RSS formats too.  Others as the consumers
require.  We're open to interop with other sites as well as helping evolve open
standards.

Also supported by robust range of web services calls for creating and editing.
