Making feed subscribing easier...

There seems to be a number of initiatives trying to normalize on a
subscription
model for aggregators and newsreaders (Custom URI schemes, Auto discovery
etc).  I decided
to go ahead a create a quick (and maybe slightly dirty :) way to make
subscribing easier for users - something that works today, and can be used
until there is some convergence.
