And it STILL screws up it's date formatting... But only on certain feeds....  Or
only when rebuilt from certain places...

When I turned on the RSS feature, the feed wouldn't validate.  This after doing
a publish from the regular interface.  However, today when I rebuilt using the
'blogger basic' interface it validates.  So there must be more than one way a
feed gets rebuilt.  One seems to work, the other doesn't?
