question about rss-auto discovery

I found a couple of areas that point out in order to effectively auto 
feed one must activate or enable an auto discovery at their site. 

Does anyone know how to do with with a blogger template. Are there 
special wrap around tags needed to simply make a blog available for 
this type of subscription?

The way it reads, I seems pretty easy to do. I placed this line under 
my rss insert do I need to do anything further?
