I might be totally missing the point there are all the dcterms
elements for relations:

  http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/dcterms/#relation

Specifically:

  <dcterms:hasPart>
  The described resource includes the referenced resource either
  physically or logically.

  <dcterms:references>
  The described resource references, cites, or otherwise points to
  the referenced resource.
