Phil, the discrepency between the Netscape spec and the current spec
is serious, I gotta look into that before responding.
About the skipHours element on Scripting News, I didn't go by the
putting-to-bed time, I used the stats in this report:
http://www.scripting.com/updatesByHour.html
As you can see, 7AM is roughly mid-morning for me. And I stop posting
by 8PM, it's pretty rare that I post after 6 or 7PM.
