skipHours fully implemented in Radio

I'm going to try using this list for something like what it's 
supposed to be for. ;->

I just completed the implementation and deployment of support for 
skipHours [1] in Radio. The aggregator is aware of the element, and 
will respect it if present in a feed (RSS 0.91, 0.92 and 2.0); and 
further, if enabled it will generate the element based on a record of 
when the weblog has updated historically. (It's been accumulating 
this info for a few weeks.) If a site has updated less than 100 times 
since the monitoring began a skipHours element is not generated, no 
matter if the feature is enabled. 

At this time there are two [2] feeds [3] that I know of that have the 
element implemented, both are my own, however by later today and 
tonight there should be a few more.
