There was a whole breakout on this discussion on rss-dev about 3 weeks ago..

- From what I know understand (though I don't understand all the rational just
yet) the standardized (RFC/W3C compliant) way to do this is:

application/opml+xml

I think that Reptile doesn't do this just yet.  This will be fixed before we
deploy it....
