EXACTLY the service you're searching for was called clickfeed.com. Sadly,
we had to scrub it in late 2000 due to a lack of a way to monetize it. The
code --- gnarsty but workable, and with some interesting IP --- is in
mothballs, "on the shelf" so to speak --- a mix of php and python. I'm
still shopping for a buyer (hint, hint...)
