http://wasabii.org/spec/body.php#wasabii-cloud contains what had 
been worked up for the ping interface so far. what else is needed, 
useful, etc?

i've created a new group for the wasabii effort [1] so that we don't 
clutter up this list. everyone is invited to join, whether to simply 
lurk or to voice opinions and ideas.
