Snewp monitors what the content type is, but currently doesn't do
anything about it.
I have a suite of Win32 applications currently under development that
will monitor it also, but so far, they won't really care in the end what the
MIME type is.

Incidentally -- IE does care about MIME type - just not as strictly as
NN or others.
