RE: [syndication] Hello and Help

Lilian -

1. You can convert RSS feeds to HTML or JavaScript at your site, with a
script that regularly grabs the RSS files and dumps formatted HTML or
Javascript into your file system.

You don't say your scripting language of choice, but for Perl, mimanet.pl is
a quick and straightforward way to make JavaScript out of RSS. Another one
that makes HTML, but not Javascript is pullrss - which I found more
forgiving than rss2html.

mimanet's RSS Fetcher: http://www.mimanet.com/scripts/rss_fetcher.html
pullrss: http://www.webreference.com/scripts/
rss2html: http://www.webreference.com/perl/tutorial/8/

For other scripting languages I am not so sure what your choices are.

2. Or you can convert them on the fly to Javascript through one of the live
RSS->JavaScript converters which often allow you
Conditions usually apply to these services which can get hammered by your
traffic.
