Consensus on feed generator?

Hi all,

So, after last week's thread, has there been a consensus on what format
would be useful?

We've got 4 toolkits reporting just over 850 feeds.  The parser's not yet
reporting the stats from a few others.

I'd like to move forward on this idea.  Several toolkit authors have
inquired about what format to use.  I'd like to avoid recommending something
only to have it change next week.
