Thanks for the compliments.  Actually, this service now works with urls as 
parameters, so that:

http://www.wcc.vccs.edu/services/news/preview.asp?c=http%3A%2F%2Fmarkupworld.com%2Fmarkupworld.rdf

works just as well, and there is no longer any reliance on the Userland 
approval process or list of channels.
