All 2000+ feeds on NewsIsFree support the <cloud>. Having said that, the feeds used to be in RSS .91, and they will be converted to .92 when the content changes. This might take some time for feeds that don't change much. Full service list is available in various formats at http://www.newsisfree.com/syndicate.php (bottom of the page).
