Automatically publish referrer data as RSS...

Would love some thoughts on some code I put together as an experiment 
in making html links more of a two-way street. I posted a very poorly 
organized doc on the idea at 
http://www.yaywastaken.com/referer/default.htm; it talks about how a 
site publisher can automatically track their referrers and then (more 
importantly) reflect them back at visitors to help in finding other 
relevant sites ... 

It's a different type of syndication ... syndicating relationships 
rather than data proper. Anyways, I'd love to hear peoples' thoughts 
as well as have anybody who likes give it a shot on their own sites 
for fun. We'll see!
