I have one... I set it up but stopped using it.
It was posted by some Perl geek in a tech journal, and being lazy I asked him
for the source.
It is GPL (I think, regardless it is OSS) and I can forward it to you if you
want.
It uses perldb...

Mine isn't that advanced.
I would recommend taking another type of aggregator, and reworking it to suit
your needs.
Specifically I would look at Reptile ( http://reptile.openprivacy.org )
The architecture is very open and you could extend it do what you want almost
overnight.
Of course I am the author so I am biased. ;)
