Since many of us are here in the US, the upcoming Thanksgiving 
holiday may slow things down a bit.  I won't be back online regularly 
until next Sunday.

The sad state of affairs is that only TWO feeds used any reliable 
category information.  One for simple and the other RDF. Out of 5000 
feeds, just two.  <sigh>

But here's a twist, over 50 of the RDF feeds included the taxo in 
their header without EVER using the actual taxo on items.  

In the Syndic8 list we're currently examining the pros/cons 
of 'small' vs 'full' implementations.  I think we're close to a point 
of accepting simple categories with the ability to present 
relationships to other namespaces.  

We intend this  to be applicable to both the simple and the RDF 
branches of feeds.

What I'm expecting is for us to hammer this out a little more and to 
present a test interface.  I'm hoping to see this get moving later 
next week.
