Userland still showing old info

I've written to portals@userland.com a couple of times about this,
once several months ago and now a couple of days ago, but I've never
heard anything back.

Alas, Userland is still displaying the headlines (
http://my.userland.com/viewChannel$1515) from our site from early
July.

Obviously the news has been updated umpteen times since then and our
feed is working fine on sites like newsisfree.

This updating problem was mentioned a while back. We used to get a
ton of visitors coming from userland links, now that number has
dwindled.

What can we do? It seems a shame that one of the big supporters of
syndication is having problems keeping current.
