Although there are no 'Farsi' value for the 'language' element in
RSS 0.91[1], there *is* one for RSS 1.0[2]. It's 'fa'[3].

[1] A list of allowable languages are at <URL:

[2] Using the Dublin Core 'language' element <URL:

dev/files/Modules/Standard/mod_dc.html >.

[3] Farsi == Persian. See <URL:
http://lcweb.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/englangn.html > for the
list of allowable language codes. (Only the two-letter ISO 639-1
language codes may be used, or combinations of language and
country, as defined in RFC1766[4].)

[4] Which, by the way, has be superseded by RFC3066. Future
versions of the Dublin Core (>1.1) will probably be changed to
reflect this.
