All the Manila based feeds should as well, if Manila is still encoding
the HTML in the description tag.

AmphetaDesk and the Userland products both to do this (ie: decoding it
once, then passing the result to the browser). Because of that, last
time I checked my RDF feed still does this (which would break My
Netscape, but given that anyone using my feed has long since gone to
one of the other readers...).
I agree that a DTD description, or requiring &# style encoding for all
but the sacred 5, is clearer, but practice has gone the other way.
