Sort of like NNTP newsgroups, eh? Yes, this is a fine idea.
However, where would it appear in the user interfaces that people are
using now?
A service like Syndic8 providing feed lists and availability reports
is a great step in the right direction.
I think this is where places like blogdex are really starting to show
the correlations between feeds. I've always been interested in being
able to traverse up an item to it's source and then outward to other
items. I'm not sure how many feeds are likely to have an 'easy' way
to show linkage to other feeds.
