Yeah -- HTML 1.0!!  ;)

Could RSS specification allow for HTML 1.0 (properly nested, of course) in
the descriptions since that spec (a) is the closest to what RSS is trying to
achieve (semantic markup, not physical), and (b) it still allows creators to
use a fairly rich markup language to express their ideas.
