RE: [syndication] Syndic8.com now has 841 feeds available...



All in good time:

1. A search engine is not yet on my list, but it’s a good idea and I
   will keep it in mind.

2. I have to decide what to do about aliased feeds (e.g. the same feed
   coming from moreover in XML and RSS forms). The definition of "same"
   is very much subject to personal preference.

3. There will be categories, but stored separately, as one or more
   extension tables. For example, when I built the original table I
threw 
   all of the stuff used only by Headline Viewer into a side table of 
   its very own. There will be a way for others to add their own 
   extensions, and to get this info back in XML form. That way we don't 
   all have to agree on a single schema.
