would you be interested in having headline "delivered" to your
site?

I was thinking of setting up such a system on NewsIsFree: give us
the details of an ftp account, tell us which feeds you, in which
format you want them, and every time the feeds are update we
save a new copy to you web site.

In time, when the web is ready, we can do the same by XML-RPC or
SOAP.
