I think that the format will be very similar to RSS but include additional
modules. Again my original e-mail said that we should learn from both RSS 1.0
and from the original OCS.
It doesn't matter right now what the resulting format is just that it meets all
of our requirements.

Yes... agreed. Attributes are much easier to grab than elements when you are
working with a SAX parser.

I don't think that RSS is sufficient. If we took RSS and added about 5 modules
then maybe. At this point it really wouldn't be RSS anymore. :)
