Yes. I agree. OCS does a good job at this.

In Reptile (http://reptile.openprivacy.org since I haven't announced it yet) we
will be using a single namespace abstraction of OCS. We will just run a
stylesheet to generate OCS for external sites.
OCS is great but it is impossible to read and work with :(
