Shouldn't good ideas be noted, regardless where they're coming from?

I like the idea of having a <ProviderAgent> tag (pretty obvious, that i'm
not really objective in this subject ;)

For <errorReportsTo> - i would see more an general URL. Could me mailto, but
also a http://something The URL could be included in Button "Source Broken"
and fire a script on the respective server.
