proposals: <errorReportsTo> and <rssProviderAgent>

I have made a couple of proposals[1,2] to RSS 0.93[3] on the
reallySimpleSyndication[4] mail list in response to some of the issues
of validation and conformance in RSS files that have recently been
discussed and have been asked not to participate in that mail list, so
I will not be able to respond to any discussion on those proposals on
that list.  Please email me with any questions or for clarifications.
