In June of last year, with help from
this list, I wrote a specification for RSS 0.91.
This document describes the art of RSS as it
was practiced then, to the best of our ability to describe it. Hopefully that
enough disclaimer. I guess it's good that we did this work, now that the
Netscape spec is missing in action.
Note the copyright at the bottom of the spec allows
liberal terms for excerpting and replication.
