Well, as others have already mentioned, this feature is in Blogger Pro
(which doesn't look like it will come out for a while). However, I've put
together a site that let's you create an RSS file with only a small change
to your template:

The response has been tremendous. We were lucky enough to be listed on
Blogger.com and since them we've gotten over 50 sites to participate -- that
means over 50 new RSS feeds (this is after trimming duplicates and sites
with no items).

Certainly, it would be even better if it was built into Blogger, but until
then you can spread the word about this.

Note that this will work for sites that don't use Blogger, and even sites
that aren't weblogs.
