I'm curious about something, doesn't scraping violate the source 
copyright?  If they're not already providing a feed is it OK to just 
jump in and grab it?  More importantly, is it OK to republish this 
for distribution?

Wasn't there a NY Times feed handled this way? Didn't the NYT ask 
that it be stopped?

I'm *all for* new feeds and these two would be great.  But not at the 
risk of alienating a provider.
