In RSS 1.0, the value of the rdf:about attribute is not supposed to change,
even if the value of <link> (the actual link) does. In fact, the rdf:about
doesn't even have to point to a real page, just as long as it does not
change. So to all those of you with RSS 1.0 feeds out there: Don't change
rdf:about!

Aggregating tools? I don't follow. What kinds of things are you talking
